Introduction

In the green intelligent new material industrial park of Yiyang Zoomlion

Tongli New Materials Co., Ltd., a 10 million t/a production line of environmental protection fine building sand and aggregate is in production. Yiyang Zoomlion Tongli New Material Co., Ltd. was jointly funded by Luoyang Huanghe Tongli Cement Co., Ltd. and Yiyang County Industrial Cluster Development Co., Ltd. The company’s green and intelligent new material industrial park is implemented according to the “three modernizations” standard of green design, high-end equipment and intelligent production, It is a comprehensive production base of full chain green building materials integrating “aggregates, manufactured sand processing, dry mixed mortar station, commercial mixed mixing station and prefabricated buildings”, and it was listed as a key project in Henan Province in 2021.

The project adopts the production process of two-stage crushing and shaping, and the main products are 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm and 20-30mm aggregates. Four VS1500R vertical shaft crushers and 16 round vibration screens are used in the project. The VS1500R vertical shaft crusher has two functions: shaping and making sand. It has waterfall overflow crushing chamber, deep rotor, centering feed port, multiple closed air circulation, heavy and highly reliable bearing, thin oil lubrication and other functions. It can easily achieve the required product gradation, improve equipment capacity, and produce high-quality sand with performance comparable to natural sand.
