Introduction

In Luoning County, the “hometown of green bamboo” with beautiful mountains and waters, the 3 million t/a solid waste comprehensive utilization project of Henan Xiongershan Ecological Recovery Comprehensive Treatment Co., Ltd. is committed to turning mine solid waste, a misplaced resource, into a “gem”. The project has set a benchmark of “seeking benefits from ecology”, which is of great practical significance to help Xiongershan mining area transform into a green mining area and restore the local ecological environment.

The project adopts advanced technology and equipment. Two grizzly feeders and two JC1200 jaw crushers are used for primary crushing, CC400S cone crusher is used for secondary crushing, CC500 cone crusher is used for tertiary crushing, and VS1500R vertical impact shaft is used for shaping & making sand, one stone washing machine. The wet sand production line of the project has a high degree of automation. NMS equipment is stable, with low operating cost, low energy consumption, large capacity, and simple maintenance. The manufactured sand meets the national construction sand standard, with uniform size and reasonable grading. The after-sales engineers and technical engineers of Jiangxi Gold Intelligent Service Engineering Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of NMS, have been to the site for many times to provide training and guidance to customer’s employees before sales, arrival, installation, commissioning and production, helping the project operation, and the customer is very satisfied with this.
