Project Name:  Jingcao 1000 t/h Aggregates Project

Location: Luanzhou, Hebei, China

Mine: iron ore tailings, 0-5-10-20-30 mm

Capacity: 1,000 tons/hour

Main Equipment: JC1300 jaw crusher, CC400S single-cylinder cone crusher, two MC500 multi-cylinder cone crushers, 2YKR3075H circular vibrating screen, two 2YKR3675H circular vibrating screens, and HPF1860 bar feeder.

Use of Finished Products: used for the construction of surrounding commercial concrete stations

Technological Process: jaw crushing→medium cone crushing→soil screening→the first screening and the second screening for semi-finished products stockpile to obtain 0-5-10-20-30 mm iron ore tailings of different sizes.

About the Project

The project client has cooperated with NMS for many times. Because the satisfying results and considerable benefits  of our equipment previously  utilized, the client chose to cooperate with NMS once again in this project.  

NMS was responsible for providing crushing, screening, pneumatic screening for stone dust, eco-friendly dusting, belt conveying and integrated control system, as well as the complete equipment for Internet of Things, on-site commissioning and personnel training, etc. and  and technical solutions. The project was characterized by “circular economy, green and efficient”.

NMS  has the following advantages in this project: less fine materials in finished products, high proportion of high value-added coarse aggregates, and good particle shape of the products; utilization of mining waste materials from Sijiaying Iron Mine (including stripped surrounding rock, primary slag and miscellaneous fill, etc.)  to produce high-quality aggregates; quick responsive after-sales service, and efficient and professional service.
