Warm Congratulations! Sanya’s 1000tph Granite Project Was Officially in the Trial Run

On June 19th, relevant leaders from the complete machine supplier NMS, were invited to attend the booting ceremony of the trial run of the granite project for section A buildings of the mining area at Dachushui Village, Yazhou District, Sanya City.

A speech was delivered by general manager Zhang Jinyuan from Sanya Baogu Soil and Sand Mining Co., Ltd.

In the speech, general manager Zhang Jinyuan from Sanya Baogu Soil and Sand Mining Co., Ltd introduced that the overall ore reserve in granite amounted 9.247 MCM at the Dachushui Village and the designed annual capacity was about 790 TCM. The project is the major project in Hainan’s fourteenth five-year plan, a sand support base and a Hainan’s major project in 2024. Baogu always upholds the idea of green development and is dedicated to making the mine a green mine with the integration of the whole industry chain from construction, production, operation, to repair. 600 million yuan has been invested into this project up to now. And the expected annual capacity reaches 2 million tonnes and the expected annual revenue is over 16 million yuan.

The project utilizes wet production technology and the designed capacity is 1000tph. Three CC single-cylinder cone crushers, one VS impact crusher, six circular vibrating screens, and six vibrating feeders were selected for this project. The project plan is to produce aggregate of 0-5mm, 5-10mm, and 20-31.5mm, high-quality aggregate of 10-20mm, common aggregate and mechanized sand. During the construction period, after-sales service team arrived the project site and provided in-time service to smoothly boost the completion of equipment installation and debugging. During this trial production, the equipment has high capacity as needed by the client and is stable and normal in operation.

Zhang Jinyuan stated that it was an important moment of trial operation for building materials base with the integration of mining, transporting, processing and sales now. It showed significant achievements in the corporate development and strongly drove local economy. Subsequently, the company tested key performances such as mining efficiency, processing quality, production runs and safety facilities at the mine and strictly followed the related regulations, procedures and standards in operation to ensure that the trial run worked smoothly.
