Congrats! Bensteel Group’s Nanfen Green Mineral Processing Efficiency & Intelligence Reconstruction Phase 1 Section A EPC Project Has Been Officially Put Into Operation!

On July 18^th, Bensteel Group’s Nanfen mineral processing plant’s   Efficiency & Intelligence Reconstruction phase 1 section A EPC project has been officially put into production. It marks that Bensteel Group has entered a new green, intelligent and efficient production stage, and means another growth point of mineral construction after the reorganization of Ansteel and Bensteel Group. This project adopted 5 sets of CC800 cone crushers and 2 sets of HPF2060 grizzly feeders from NMS Group for medium fine crushing. NMS Group has been invited as cone crusher supplier to attend the production ceremony.

Nanfen mineral processing plant was established in 1918 and is Bensteel Group’s raw material production base. The plant is famous for its great crushing ability of processing glass-hard, high abrasive mineral, with more than 100 years production experience the plant’s annual processing capacity reaches 13.1 million tons, and can output iron concentrate nearly 6 million tons per year. As central enterprise mainly owned mine, the Nanfen green mine’s efficiency & intelligence reconstruction project is an effective way to transform and upgrade the equipment and process of Nanfen mineral processing plant and realize automatic and intelligent transformation.

As a key project of Bensteel Group, the project is constructed in two phases and two new dressing production lines are built. The first phase of the project will be implemented step by step from Section A to Section B. Section A adopts the “medium fine crushing + -25mm screening pre-selection + high pressure roller grinding” process flow, after completion, the processing capacity of the medium fine crushing system will reach 13.5 million tons/year, while outdated production facilities will be shutdown.

For this project’s medium fine crushing, they adopted 5 sets of CC800 cone crushers and 2 sets of HPF2060 grizzly feeders from NMS Group. The CC800 cone crusher developed by NMS Group is widely used in various kinds of glass-hard, high abrasive mineral crushing process, suitable for fine crushing and ultra-fine crushing operation, and can meet the requirements of high strength and high load harsh working conditions.CC800 adopts constant discharge and constant curve crushing chamber technology to ensure the  stability of the fine content of the product, make sure the quality of the roller grinding particle size; Equipped with pioneering design of six-channel independent dust control system, truly achieved effective positive pressure dust proof; Equipped with a new generation of overload protection system with faster reaction, and the overload capacity is stronger; Horizontal shaft adopts double oil seal sealing system and bearing services longer; By changing the moving and fixed cone liner, a single host can realize 9 kinds of cavity types interchange, modular design makes the liner replacement more convenient.
