On November 21st, the 1000t/h Aggregate Project at the Yongquan Aggregates Processing Plant in Nanbu County was officially put into operation, marking the official opening of the operating entity, Nanbu County Yongyue Building Materials Co., Ltd.
In recent years, in order to deeply implement the concept of green development and achieve the protective development of the Jialing River basin, allowing state-owned resources to serve the local economic development, the People’s Government of Nanbu County has decided to reform the management system of aggregates resources. The operational rights of aggregates resources will be returned to state-owned companies for operation, with Nanbu County Waterfront New Materials Development Co., Ltd. appointed as the executor of this mission.
During the initial tendering phase, NMS, leveraging over fifty years of robust experience in the production of crushing and screening equipment, and possessing a profound technical background, successfully secured its position as one of the six qualified suppliers from among the nearly thirty bidding units. In the year following this selection, the sales and technical engineers of NMS extensively visited the local aggregates market, engaging in continuous communication to thoroughly understand the genuine needs of the customer. Ultimately, NMS proposed a comprehensive optimization solution that prioritized customer requirements and demonstrated a customer-centric approach.
Throughout this preparation period, the customer conducted on-site inspections, gaining detailed insights into the operational status of NMS’s equipment. The green and environmentally friendly practices, advanced intelligent management on-site, reliable and stable equipment operation, highly competitive production costs, a quality-assured after-sales service system, and the value-added services offered by professional personnel deeply impressed the customer, leading to a high level of recognition. Ultimately, the customer chose to collaborate with NMS.
The project uses river pebbles as materials and adopts a wet production process. In the medium-fine crushing operation, NMS employs two large CC600 single-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers. For the shaping and sand-making process, NMS utilizes three VS1500R vertical shaft impact crushers. Pre-screening and screening from the first to the fourth stage involve a total of six 3YKR3675H circular vibrating screens and one 2YKR3675H circular vibrating screen. Additionally, four ZKR3060H linear vibrating screens are used for dewatering. The project also incorporates seven GZG vibrating feeders from NMS. The final products include five types of high-quality aggregates with sizes of 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-16mm, 16-26mm, and 26-31.5mm.
With the collaborative efforts of NMS’s service personnel and various units, the project is now officially in operation. It will effectively meet the material demand in the local and surrounding areas, promote the local building materials industry towards green and sustainable development, and make a positive contribution to the local economic development.
