NMS Shows in the 8th National Aggregates Industry Science & Technology Conference to Discuss the High-quality Development Plan of the Industry.

From July 23 to 25, the 8th National Aggregates Industry Science & Technology Conference hosted by China Aggregates Association (CAA) was held in Huzhou. About 1500 leaders, experts, scholars from China’s national ministries and commissions as well as relevant provincial and municipal government departments, and enterprise representatives from aggregates industry attended the conference. Nanchang Mineral Systems Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “NMS”) was invited to it as a co-organizer.

“Green innovation, low-carbon development” theme forum

The theme of the forum was “green innovation, low-carbon development”. Hu Youyi, President of CAA, delivered a keynote speech entitled “green innovation and low-carbon development for a new chapter in high-quality development of aggregates industry” at the forum. He mentioned that, at present, aggregates had become one of the competitive industries in China and led the development direction of the world aggregates industry. Entering the new development stage of the 14th 5-year plan, new development requirements were put forward for the aggregates industry: implementing the new development concept, promoting new scientific and technological progress and building a new development pattern. Led the high-quality development of the aggregates industry with green innovation and low-carbon development, created a new industrial pattern, formed a balance between supply and demand, built a safe supply chain and a green, low-carbon and prosperous ecosystem, strived to build a life community of mountain, water, forest, land, lake, grass and sand, actively practiced President Xi’s theory, and jointly wrote a new chapter in the high-quality development of aggregates industry!

High-quality development forum

Zhao Bin made a report entitled “introduction to key technologies of design and equipment of aggregates processing plant”. He mentioned that there were three problems in the design of aggregates processing plant: characteristics of raw materials and process route, complexity and accuracy of process flow calculation, and matching of equipment and process. For these problems, NMS has developed a testing machine for processing properties of aggregates parent rock, and established a raw material laboratory, which can detect the crushing work index, abrasion index and compressive strength of raw materials to help equipment selection. The Sweden R&D center of NMS has independently developed the FlowSheet Designer (process design software). Based on the application database of NMS products and the physical processing characteristics of raw materials, the software can replace manual calculation; and it is used for the simulation calculation of the crushing and screening system of common mines, with higher accuracy and 90% improvement in the estimation efficiency. NMS has a complete series of aggregates processing equipment. Based on more than 50 years’ experience, it has developed CC series single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, JC series jaw crusher, HS series impact crusher, banana screen, flip-flow screen, elliptical screen and other international leading equipment. The equipment has excellent performance and has been widely used in many aggregates projects home and abroad.

Management & operation forum and closing ceremony

On 25^th, Li Shunshan, Deputy President of CAA & Chairman of NMS presided over the management & operation forum. On that day, intelligent manufacturing, industrial integration development and “carbon peak, carbon neutrality” forums were held simultaneously, and Deputy President Li made a concluding speech at the closing ceremony.
