Recently, China Building Material Enterprise Management Association (CBMEMA) held the 6th National Building Material Enterprise Culture Annual Conference in Xi’an, Shaanxi Province. At the same time, the conference released “2020-2021 cultural innovation achievements of national building material enterprise (classic and typical cases), outstanding contributor of cultural construction of national building material enterprise, excellent achievements of cultural construction model base of national building material enterprise, and achievements (cases) created by Nanchang Mineral Systems Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “NMS”) – 50 years’ hardship and cultural innovation of NMS people was rated as the “2020-2021 typical case of national building material enterprise culture construction”, and Li Shunshan, Chairman of NMS was awarded “2020-2021 outstanding contributor of cultural construction of national building material enterprise”.

Good enterprise culture plays an irreplaceable role in the construction of enterprise brand, improving the core competitiveness of enterprise and better displaying enterprise image. In order to strengthen the innovation awareness of all NMS employees, improve innovation environment and further strengthen innovation recognition and incentive function, NMS sets September 29th as “innovation day”. In order to obtain high-level service improvement and major product improvement, NMS sets up a R&D center in Sweden, realizing a breakthrough in product R&D to the international level; In order to promote the overseas market strategy, NMS sets up several sales companies overseas, and its products are exported to Europe, America and other high-end markets, realizing the international transformation. NMS pays attention to philosophy co-ownership, management optimization and skill improvement, and specially sets up “Ziqingshan college” to train talents and improve employees’ quality. Under the background of “integration of informatization and industrialization”, NMS has vigorously promoted the informatization construction of operation management and product life cycle, and is gradually realizing the transformation and upgrading from traditional management to informatization, digitization and intelligence.
