NMS Signed Two Major Projects with the Capacity of 1000t/h in 2021 Western China Chengdu Aggregates Exhibition!

On September 16, 2021 western China Chengdu international aggregates, tailings and construction waste disposal technology and equipment exhibition, and aggregates industry summit was opened in Chengdu century city international exhibition center, Sichuan Province. At the opening ceremony, NMS, Nanbu Qinshui New Material development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “NQNW”), Nanbu Julong Building Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “JBM”) and Nanbu Yongyue Building Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “YBM”) jointly held the signing ceremony of “Nanbu Qinshui New Material Yongquan Project”. Li Faqiang, Executive Director of NQNW, Zhang Meng, General Manager of JBM, Liu Ping, General Manager of YBM, and Li Shunshan, Chairman of NMS came to the stage to sign the project cooperation agreement, marking that four parties officially reached cooperation on two aggregates production lines for Yongquan No. 1 and No. 2 plants.

In recent years, in order to deeply practice the concept of green development, realize the protective development of Jialing River Basin and make state-owned resources serve the county economic development, the people’s government of Nanbu County has decided to reform the management system of aggregates resources and return the management right of aggregates resources to state-owned company. NQNW has become the executor of this mission.

During the initial bidding of the project, NMS was successfully selected as one of the six qualified suppliers from more than 30 bidders as it had more than 50 years of strong production experience of crushing & screening equipment and profound technical heritage. During the preparation time of one year after being selected, the sales and technical engineers of NMS visited the local aggregates market, continuously communicated and fully understood the real needs of customers, and finally put forward the whole optimization scheme with customer demand first and customer-oriented. During this period, the customers also learned about the equipment operation of NMS in detail through the on-site investigation of the project. It is understood that the main equipment of the two production lines of Yongquan No. 1 and No. 2 plants are the same. 4 large-scale CC single cylinder hydraulic cone crushers, 6 VS impact crushers, 14 circular vibration screens, 8 linear vibration screens, 16 spiral sand washing machines and 62 vibration feeders from NMS will play a great role in the two projects. In addition, the dust removal system and electrical control system are also in the charge of NMS.

The ore of the project is river pebble. The wet production process is adopted to mainly produce high-quality sand and aggregates of 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-16mm, 16-26mm and 26-31.5mm. The proportion of manufactured sand will not be less than 40%. After the project is completed and put into operation, it will effectively meet the material demand of the local and surrounding areas, and promote the local building materials industry to develop in a green and sustainable way.
