NMS Won the National Building Materials Enterprise Management Modernization Innovation Achievement Award Again

On September 7, 2021-2022 National Building Materials Enterprise Management Innovation Conference with the theme of “New Stage, New Concept, New Pattern” was held in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province. The conference released and commended the 2021-2022 national building materials enterprise management modernization innovation achievements and outstanding contributors to management innovation. NMS won the award of “2021-2022 National Building Materials Enterprise Management Modernization Innovation Achievement Typical Case” for the achievement of NMS to adapt to the high-quality development of the new era in all-round innovation management. Gong Youliang, President of NMS, was awarded “2021-2022 Outstanding Contributor in Management Innovation of National Building Materials Enterprises”.

President Gong introduced in his speech at the conference that NMS, as a member of China Building Materials Enterprise Management Association, has been committing to continuously improving the core competitiveness of products with the latest achievements and advanced practical technology, meeting customer’s high requirements, promoting the healthy, promoting orderly and high-quality development of the industry, and developing with the Association. The series of activities of “Top 500 Building Materials Enterprises in China” is the most authoritative list in China’s construction industry. NMS was selected into the “Top 500 Building Materials Enterprises in China” in 2020 and 2021, and was rated as “2020 Top 10 Aggregates and Mining Machinery Equipment Enterprises in China” and “China Harmonious Building Materials Enterprise in 2021”, which shows the industry’s full recognition on NMS.

As an important aspect of innovation, management innovation has critical guiding significance in enterprise’s development. Under the leadership of President Gong and other NMS management, NMS actively adapts to the new normal of economic development, fully implements the new development concept, focuses on improving the quality and efficiency of development, we have promoted enterprise management innovation in an all-round way, carried out in-depth management innovation activities, made a lot of fruitful exploration in management technology, human capital investment, optimization of procurement management strategies, informatization of production and delivery, diversification of quality training, optimization of performance models, etc., and promoted enterprise management to a higher level in terms of efficiency, science and advanced methods, so a vital important step was taken on the road to high-quality development.

It is understood that since 2000, China Building Materials Enterprise Management Association has carried out the review for national building materials enterprise management modernization innovation across the country. More than 930 achievements have been selected and recommended, which has played a positive role in promoting the management of building materials enterprises. Through the development of enterprise management modernization innovation achievements in the building materials industry, enterprises have improved their attention and understanding of management innovation. Many enterprises have enhanced their competitiveness and achieved good economic and social benefits through the promotion of modernization management.

In 2021, the achievements of “50-Year hardship, Cultural Innovation of NMS people” created by NMS were rated as “Typical Case of 2020-2021 National Building Materials Enterprise Culture Construction”, and Li Shunshan, Chairman of NMS, was also awarded the “Outstanding Contributor”. This time, NMS won two honors again, which is the affirmation of the industry on innovation, development, transformation and upgrading, quality and efficiency improvement of NMS.

In the future, NMS will continue deeply implementing the innovation driven development strategy, further improve the modernization management of the enterprise, enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise, strive to build an international first-class competitive enterprise, and contribute to the healthy, environmental protection and sustainable development of the industry.
