Introduce Young Talents Actively – 2022 NMS Summer Internship Training Camp Ends Successfully

Knowledge is power, talent is the future. Recently, the graduation ceremony of 2022 NMS summer internship training camp has been held, marking that the young who have been trained more than three months will enter a new journey with high spirits and create their value in the new job.

As one of the important HR brands of NMS, the “trainee” project is the reservoir of NMS HR and a strong driving force to promote NMS development. According to the business development needs, NMS carefully recruits college graduates every year, and designs a dedicated growth path and training plan for them to help trainees complete the role transformation from students to professionals.

The training camp was from July 4 to October 12. The content includes basic content training such as enterprise culture, quality development, product knowledge learning, workshop practice, onsite practice, etc. In order to enable trainees to grow rapidly and continue good tradition of “passing on, helping and leading” of the enterprise, NMS also specially arranged tutors to help the growth of trainees, helping them constantly improve their ability to integrate theory with practice and enhance their comprehensive quality.
