King of Crushing – NMS MT Tracked Crushing Plant

With the strengthening of national environmental protection efforts, small and medium-sized mines have been strictly controlled, the prices of building aggregates and raw materials have been rising, and the solid waste treatment and resource recycling industry has ushered in a huge development opportunity. Mobile crushing plant, with its high flexibility and strong applicability, has an increasing market share and broad prospects.

MT tracked crushing plant developed by NMS integrates feeding, crushing and screening, and can provide customers with a complete set of crushing and screening solutions. Today, I’m going to introduce you three products: MT-JC tracked jaw plant, MT-MC tracked cone plant, and MT-SR (SA) tracked screening plant.

Breaker for hard ore – MT-JC tracked jaw plant

MT-JC tracked jaw plant is specially designed for high hardness and high abrasion ore. The crusher has high efficiency and reliability, the deep symmetric crushing chamber maximizes the feeding size, capacity and reduction ratio of the crusher. This design has excellent performance even mining is under the worst operating conditions.

In addition to reliable crusher, MT-JC series tracked jaw plant is also equipped with tailored GPF and HPF heavy-duty grizzly feeder. It adopts heavy-duty tracked chassis, which has extremely strong bearing and climbing capacities, and is suitable for moving on harsh sites. It is equipped with high-low dual speed hydraulic motor, it can freely switch the speed on flat or rough roads as required. The feeding hopper baffle and waste belt conveyor can be folded, and the layout is reasonable and compact. It can be started and stopped by one button through PLC system, with diesel and external network dual power supply mode.

The vibration feeder is equipped with a frequency conversion speed regulating device, and the feeding speed can be remotely adjusted;

The feeding hopper is equipped with wear-resistant liner to improve service life of hopper;

The crossbeam of the shell is raised to effectively improve material pass efficiency and prevent blockage.

Crushing King – MT-MC tracked cone plant

MT-MC tracked cone plant is equipped with screening return module which can be quickly installed or disassembled to screen the finished aggregates directly. It is equipped with MC multi-cylinder cone crusher developed by NMS. The crusher adopts laminated crushing, increases the diameter of the moving cone, the eccentricity and the size of the feeding port, uses a high-strength shell and an innovative overload protection system. Compared with similar crushers, the power can be increased by 20%, the rotating speed of moving cone can be increased by 15%, the reduction ratio is large, and the product shape is good. In addition, the operation screen adopts Chinese-English mode, which can fully meet the needs of customers home and abroad.

Great helper for screening gold – MT-SR (SA) tracked screening plant

MT-SR(SA) tracked screening plant is equipped with YKR circular vibration screen or MOS horizontal screen. It adopts NJ exciter with high vibration intensity. It is dual drive, diesel or electric. It can be equipped with three-layer screen to screen the final products of four specifications, and is equipped with 1 conveyor for small grading and 3 side conveyors. All the conveyors can be folded hydraulically for easy transportation. Modular design for easy maintenance and component replacement.
