10 Billion Investment in total! Nearly 100 Sets of NMS are Used in Huaxin 100-million-ton Manufactured Sand and Aggregates Project.

Yangxin County, located in the southeast of Hubei Province and bordering Jiangxi Province, is known as the Gate of Hubei. Huaxin (Yangxin) 100-million-ton manufactured sand and aggregates project with a total investment of 10 billion is located here.  

The project is in Binjiang Industrial Park in Fuchi Town, invested and constructed by Huangshi Huaxin Green Building Materials Industry Co., Ltd. It is a major project supported by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to revive Hubei after the epidemic. It is also the largest manufactured sand and aggregates production line in China and even in the world at present. The project will be implemented in two phases. The first phase with an annual production capacity of 50 million tons, which has been put into operation in September 2022, and the second phase with an annual production capacity of 50 million tons will be put into operation by the end of 2023.

At the early stage of the project planning, in order to meet customer’s high requirements for processing capacity and type, gradation and powder content of the finished aggregates, and reduce the investment cost, NMS repeatedly communicated with institutions and customers, and finally decided to adopt customized large-scale banana screen and impact crusher. The project has purchased 36 sets of 3BS3282 banana screens, 18 sets of HS1827S impact crushers, 32 sets of 2YKR3675 vibration screens and 8 sets of 3YKR3675 vibration screens from NMS.  

HS1827S is used for secondary crushing, with an hourly processing capacity of 900 tons. The equipment adopts heavy rotor, large capacity crushing chamber, wear-resistant plate hammer, thick impact plate and other unique designs, with large processing capacity, large reduction ratio, and uniform product size. It is suitable for medium and fine crushing of medium hardness and low abrasive materials, and is suitable for the conditions of large production scale.

The primary screening uses NMS 3YKR3675 vibration screen, with an hourly processing capacity of 1200 tons. 2YKR3675 vibration screen is used in washing screening, with stable structure, excitation force and large processing capacity, which can reach 600 t/h. As the responsible drafter of the national industry standard JB/T 6388-2004 YKR Vibration Screen, NMS has developed 2YKR3675 and 3YKR3675 vibration screens based on years of experience in the application of screening machines in metal mines, stones and other working conditions. The equipment has been applied for more than ten years, and is widely applicable to various large-scale production screening working conditions such as stone, metallurgy, metal mine and coal.

The secondary screening uses NMS 3BS3282 banana screen, and the throughput of finished products 600 t/h. It has advantages of ordinary vibration screen and linear banana screen, with large amplitude and processing capacity, which is about 20% larger than that of ordinary vibration screen; It combines the screening surface of vibration screen and banana screen, so that the materials can pass the feeding port quickly, and the material flow speed can be slowed down at the discharging port. It has equal thickness screening effect, which can improve processing capacity and efficiency.

The project is constructed according to high safety and environmental protection standards, and uses information technology to build green mine, digital factory, and smart wharf, so the level of automation, intelligence, green, and comprehensive utilization of resources is high. After the project is put into operation, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of more than 7 billion yuan, profits and taxes of more than 1.5 billion yuan, which will greatly alleviate the imbalance between the supply and demand of aggregates in Hubei Province, and drive the economic development of Huangshi City, Hubei Province and the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River.
