General Construction Contract of NMS High-performance Intelligent Crusher Key Components Industrialization Project Phase I is Signed Officially

On December 8, Nanchang Mineral Systems Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “NMS”) and Jiangxi Fuhuang Steel Structure Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “JFSS”) signed a general contract for phase I of the industrialization project of key supporting parts of high-performance intelligent crusher, with a contract amount of 138 million yuan.

Gong Youliang, President of NMS & Chairman of Jiangxi Gold Intelligent Service Engineering Co., Ltd., and Wang Hanbin, Vice Manager of JFSS, signed the contract on behalf of both companies. Li Shunshan, Chairman of NMS, and other management attended the ceremony and witnessed the signing.  

It is understood that JFSS is a subsidiary of Anhui Fuhuang Steel Structure Co., Ltd., a listed company. This cooperation is also the second time between two parties. Chairman Li pointed out that since the first cooperation with JSFF in 2004, the two sides have witnessed each other’s development. The cooperation again is not only the trust on JFSS, but also the recognition. It is hoped that JFSS will continue playing its role, pay attention to details, promote the project to start construction as soon as possible, and strive to build it into a benchmark and demonstration project.

At the signing ceremony, President Gong introduced the basic situation of the project. He said that the industrialization project of key components of high-performance intelligent crusher is one of the major key projects to be started in the second quarter of Nanchang in 2022, is an important project in the strategic development plan of NMS during the “14th Five Year Plan”, and is also a critical fulcrum for NMS to realize the “magnificent transformation” from manufacturing to manufacturing service. The total area of the project is 200.8 mu, and the total building area is about 79000 square meters. The project is divided into two phases. Phase I of this construction contract is expected to be trial produced in the second half of 2023. After the completion, it is of great significance to promote the rapid development of NMS and regional economic development.

Wang Hanbing, Vice Manager of JFSS, said that they will certainly integrate resources, strive to get personnel and materials in place as soon as possible, and strive to promote the project to start, build, put into production and get results as soon as possible. At the same time, they will strictly control the quality of the process, put the details in place, pay attention to construction safety, and provide the best service for the construction, so as to protect the project to take root and bear fruit. It is also sincerely hoped that the two sides will take this as a new starting point to carry out closer, deeper and broader cooperation and write a new chapter of mutual benefit and win-win.
