NMS Assists the Test Run of 260 Million Manufactured Sand Project

Recently, the key project in Fujian Province, Masha manufactured sand project in Jianyang District, which is jointly exploited and operated by Nanping Wuyi Group and China Resources Cement, held a commissioning ceremony, marking the formal completion and commissioning of the project. This is also the first manufactured sand production project designed and constructed according to the green mine standard built by the central and local governments in Nanping. Nanchang Mineral Systems Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “NMS”) provides complete sets of aggregates production line equipment and service for the project.

The project is located in Xinxi Village, Masha Town, with a total investment of 260 million yuan. The phase I mining area covers an area of 135 mu, with a reserve of 5.9525 million cubic meters, and an annual output of 1.5 million tons of gravel and manufactured sand. The project adopts 1 set of JC jaw crusher, CC single cylinder cone crusher and HPF grizzly feeder respectively, 2 sets of MC multi cylinder cone crushers, 3 sets of VS vertical shaft crushers, 8 sets of YKR circular vibration screens, 2 sets of ZKR linear screens and 44 sets of GZG grizzly feeders manufactured by NMS.

From the beginning of the project construction, NMS staff has been rooting at the site, formulated a reasonable work plan, optimized the construction scheme, reasonably arranged the construction, carefully assigned personnel and made every effort to promote the project construction progress. By valuing the project construction and sticking to high standard, overcoming many difficulties step by step, and finally successfully realizing the objectives of quality, safety and environmental protection to ensure the operation on schedule. Equipment in the totally enclosed plant

The project adopts electrical automation control and intelligent big data management of green mines to implement real-time monitoring of the status of production and operation, dust, noise, water quality, environmental protection, equipment safety and slope stability. At the same time, the project has built a fully enclosed plant, and dust collection measures are taken at each blanking point, which can minimize dust emission. The equipment performance and the plant reduce the noise. Wet de-dusting is adopted, and a pressure filtration workshop is built. The mineral material under the screen is pressed into mud after solid-liquid separation in the water treatment system, and water circulation treatment and utilization are realized to ensure zero water discharge.
